Efficient Somatic Cell Transfection


Using NeoLNP™ mRNA transfection reagent or Lipofectamine 2000, 100 ng of GFP mRNA was separately reverse-transfected into HEK293T, WRL-68, and HFL-1 cells within a 96-well plate. At 24 hours post-transfection, the cells were monitored under a fluorescence microscope. The results demonstrated that NeoLNP™ mRNA transfection reagent had a superior mRNA delivery efficiency in all three cell types compared to Lipofectamine 2000.


Excellent Transfection On Tumor Cells

Using NeoLNP™ mRNA transfection reagent or Lipofectamine 2000, 100 ng of GFP mRNA was separately transfected into A549, MCF7, and Capan-2 cells in a 96-well plate. At 24 hours post-transfection, cells were examined using a fluorescence microscope. The results demonstrated that NeoLNP™ exhibited superior mRNA delivery efficiency in all three types of tumor cells compared to Lipofectamine 2000.


“Zero” Stress on Cells: Very Low Cytotoxicity


Using NeoLNP™, 100 ng of mRNA was seperately reverse-transfected into A549, HFL-1, and TWO3 cells in a 96-well plate. At 24 hours post-transfection, microscopic examination was conducted. The results revealed clear cell margins and homogenous morphologies, with no obvious sign of cell shrinkage or rounding which are indicative of cell death. The cell maintained a good state, further substantiating the remarkably low cytotoxicity associated with NeoLNP™.
